Show MUST OBSERVE REGULATIONS The city officials are insistent that the new rules governing the use of city water be adhered to strictly. In the district where the time has been allotted from 6 in the morning until 12 o'clock noon, and the same of the other district, from 12 o'clock noon until G o'clock in the evening, the curfew will , be rung as a signal for shutting off the water. There is no shortage of water, according ac-cording to Mayor Knighton, but it must be conservatively used and if all will use discretion in observing the rules there will be plenty of water wat-er for all. |
