Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SAUK. WHEREAS, Fremont Barnes and Sylvia J. names, nis wife, by their certain ueed of trusc aai.ed October 10, 11)13, and recorded November 15, 1913, in Book 49 of Mortgages at pages 278 to 279, inclusive, of the records in the office of the County Recorder ct the County of San Pete, State ot Utah, did convey to me, the undersigned, Charles W. Boyd, the following described real estate in San Pete County, Utah, to-wit: The Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter and the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section Six (6), in Township Twenty (20) South of Range One (1) East of the Salt Lake Meridian, containing eighty acres, together with all the rights to the use of water for irrigating irri-gating said premises and for domestic domes-tic use thereon, in trust to secure the payment of the note of said Fremont Barnes and Sylvia J. Barnes, his wife, for Twenty-seven Hundred ($2700.00) Dollars, of even date with said deed of trust, payable to the order of Tiie Middlesex Banking Company of Middletown, Connecticut, Connecti-cut, a corporation, due November 1. 1923, with interest t .' cxm at the rato of five (5) per cent per annam until maturity, and twelve (12) per cent per annum after maturity, and note of said Fremont Barnes and Sylvia J. Barnes, his wife, for Ten Hundred Eighty-six and 60-100 (I10S6.60) Dollars, of even date with said deed of trust, payable to the order of said Banking Company in installments of One Hundred Fourteen and 30-100 ($114.60) Dollars Dol-lars on November 1, 1914, and One Hundred Eight ($108.00) Dollars on November 1st in each year thereafter thereaf-ter up to and including November 1, 192 3, with interest at the rate of twelve (12) per cent per annum after af-ter maturity, subject to all the terms and conditions of said deed of trust, and Whereas said The Middlesex Banking Company has assigned said notes secured by said deed of trust to The Middletown Trust Company. Trustee, which company as Trustee is now the owner and holder of said notes, and Whereas it is provided in said deed of trust that in case of default in the payment of said notes, or the interest thereon, the trustee shall, at the request of the legal holder and owner thereof, sell and dispose of the above described premises and water rights, and all the right, title, benefit bene-fit and equity of redemption of said Fremont Barnes and Sylvia J. Barnes, his wife, their heirs and assigns, as-signs, therein at public auction at the place and in the manner and for the purposes in said deed of trust stated, after having given four weeks' publication notice of the time, terms and place of sale as particularly par-ticularly described in said deed of trust, reference to which is hereby made for greater certainty, and Whereas default has been made tn the payment of the interest due on said note for Twenty-seven Hundred ($2700.00) Dollars payable on November No-vember 1, 1917, and on November 1, 1918, and in the payment of the installments of said note for Ten Tundred Eighty-six and 60-100 ($10S6.60) Dollars payable on November No-vember 1, 1917, and on November 1, 1918. whereupon the entire amount of said indebtedness as evidenced by said notes, with inter0 st thereon, has become due and collectible under the terms -nd conditions of said deed of trust, 'Mid the same remain due and unpaid, Now, Therefore, notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned, Charles W. Boyd, Trustee, at the request re-quest of the oresent legal holder and owner of said notes and under and by virtue of tha power in mo vested by the terni3 of said deed ot trust, will, on Saturday, the 14th day of June, 1919, at the hour of " o'clock P. M. of said day, sell the above described de-scribed property mid water rights and all the right, title, benefit and equity of redemption of said Fremont Fre-mont Barnes and Sylvia J Barnes, his wife, their heirs -islgns. therein, at public auction for the highest and best price the s- ne will bring in cash at the front door of the County Court House in the City of Manti, in the County of San Pete.
