Show f CENTERFIELD. Aug. 7. The binders are now at work harvesting har-vesting wheat and barley. The grain crops over tbe vast field in this valley never looked better, but the alfalfa seed crop is not very promising in parts. Mrs, Andrew Anderson who returned return-ed home a short time ago from having undergone a successful operation took a backset last Friday and has been in quite dangerous condition ever since. However, at this writing she is resting rest-ing and appears to be changing for the better. IViss Amy Lyma.n of the state Agricultural college will be in Centerfield Cen-terfield on Sunday and would like to meet with the ladies directly after the the close of the ward service, to make arrangements for a cottage demonstration demon-stration meetiug.
