DELINQUENT NOTICE. Notice is hereby given that at a meeting of the Board of pirectors of the Great Eastern Gold Mining & Milling Co., a corporation under the laws of the State of Utah, principal Slace of business, Salt Lake City, rtah, held March 16, 1905, the following follow-ing resolution was adopted: Whereas, The books papers and records rec-ords of this company were destroyed by a fire occurring in the Atlas block, Salt Lake City, in February, 1903, and Whereas, The only record of stockholders stock-holders obtainable was made prior to that date, that is to say, January 10, 1900, and Whereas, On January 10th, 1900, at a meeting of the Board of Directors of said Company, an assessment of one-half cent (c) per share was levied lev-ied upon the capital stock outstanding, and it is known that a large proportion propor-tion of the stock that was delinquent on March 10th, 1900, was sold to pay assessment thereon and cost of sale, and Whereas, This board deems it advisable advis-able to advertise as delinquent all s.tock of record on January 10, 1900, upon which the pending assessment has not been paid or tendered, in the case payment is tendered, delinquents shall be made to produce receipts for the payment of the assessment levied January 10th, 1900, which became delinquent de-linquent March 10th, 1900, with a sale date for delinquent stock fixed at April Ap-ril 2nd, 1900. And in acocrdance with a resolution passed by the Board of Directors of said company, on February 2nd, 1005, by whloh an assessment of 14 c per share was levied upon the outstanding capital stock, legally held, the stockholders stock-holders of record on January 10th 1900, are notified that all stock not proven as the legal property of any claimant, or if legal ownership be proven, upon which the present assessment as-sessment pending be not paid, each parcel or so much thereof of lemlly owned stock as may be necessary, win be sold at public auction on Saturday April 1st, 1905, at 40 West Third South Street, Salt Lake City, Utah, at 12 o'clock noon. Unproven stock will be deemed to have been delinquent delin-quent and sold on April 2nd, 1900.
