Protests resisting the granting of this application ap-plication with reasons therefore must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 231 E. 400 S., SLC, Ut 84111, on or before Sept. 26, 1981. NOTICE Notice is hereby given .that on July 22, 1981, Panguitch City filed with the Federal Communications Com-munications Commission in Washington D.C. 20554, an application to make Modifications in existing FM translator K221AK (rebroadcasting the signal of KSUB FM Cedar City, Utah). This modification would call for changing the present output frequency of 92.1Mhz (channel 221) to 102.3 (channel 272). The transmitter site is lcoated approximately 1 mile west of Panguitch, Utah. No change to be made in this location. Temporary emergency operating authority on this new frequency has also been requested.
