Show F r . : j ? : Cleo iviirshall Marshall Celebrates 80th PANGUITCH - Cleo Marshall will celebrate her 80th birthday with her family on Saturday, June 26 in Panguitch. She was born June 26, 1924 in Panguitch to Algernon Calvin and Mary Myers Tebbs. She married Monte Marshall on Apr. 28, 1944 in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple. They recently celebrated cel-ebrated their 60th wedding anniversary. Cleo is an active member of the LDS Church. She has served in many callings, including Teacher, Den Mother, Primary and Relief Society President and counselor, chorister choris-ter and choir member. She was Stake Relief Society president for five years. She has been an active civic member in Lady Lions, Homemakers, DUP, American Legion Auxiliary, and other organizations, serving in leadership positions and committees. com-mittees. Cleo has always had a special love and talent for music. She spent many years working along side Monte in the Panguitch Drug Store. Her warm friendliness friendli-ness and uncanny ability to remember people made the store a welcome place to be. When they retired, she and Monte spent the winters for about 15 years, in Phoenix, Ariz, where Cleo continued her church and civic activites, serving serv-ing as Relief Society counselor and DUP president for many years. They now reside full time in Panguitch wehre she thoroughly thor-oughly enjoys being home again and loves having family so close. She loves her greatgrandchildren great-grandchildren and spends as much time with them as she can. She is always busy with fam-lyfriends, fam-lyfriends, making more quilts and helping others. Cleo is the mother of five children: Steven (Marilyn) Marshall, Panguitch; Dan (RoLana) Marshall; Riverton, Mary Lou (Craig) Pearson, Soda Springs, Ida.; Tom (Lorraine) Marshall, Cedar City; and Marilyn (Barry) Erickson, Glenwood. She has 34 grandchildren grand-children and 38 great-grandchildren |
