Show I Public I Hoticcs PUBLIC NOTICE Please take notice that the Garfield Gar-field County Board of Adjustment has scheduled a public hearing on Tuesday, Oct. 31, 2000, at 1:00 p.m. in the Garfield County Commission Com-mission Chambers, located at 55 South Main, Panguitch, Utah, to receive public comment concerning the proposed variance request for the following described tract of land in Garfield County: Township 36, Range 7 West, Section 5, Property also known as Bluebird Subdivision, Panguitch Lake. Published in the Garfield County News on OCTOBER 19 and 26, 2000. PUBLIC HEARING The Boulder Town Board will hold a public hearing Thursday, November 2, 2000, at 6:30 p.m. at the Boulder Town Hall. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public input on two issues: 1. It is proposed that Elaine Roundy's properfy be changed from medium density residentiaf-greenbelt districts to medium density residential district. 2. It is proposed that Ordinance 39B (Land Use Ordinance) Parts XTV.B and XVI.41 regulating Home Occupations be revised. The proposed revision is posted on the Town bulletin board.
