Show Antimony Hews By Betty Wiley 624-3215 Hope you enjoyed the beautiful weather the past two weeks because now the cold weather, rain and snow will be coming soon. Guess everyone has their winter supply of wood on hand. Barbara Gleave has been called to St. George, as her mother, Vella Griffith, has had a slight stroke but is able to come home from the hospital. Barbara will stay a few days until she is better. Beth Gleave has been taken to Garfield Memorial Hospital in Panguitch and we hope she will soon be able to come back home. Some of the visitors who have been here were Dave and Tammy Moran of Phoenix, Ariz. They used to live here about 26 years ago. Visiting recently with the Hills was their son and wife, Ken, Jr. and Maria Hill of San Jacinto, Calif. Cheryl Shaw's mother and father are here from California. He always comes prepared to work on her house. Afton and Carol Blood had Scott and Cami Zingleman and children of Enoch and Mark and Jami McKell of Cedar City to visit and (See ANTIMONY on page 4-A) ANTIMONY From Page 2-A hunt elk. Gayle Ipson was here from Arizona for the long weekend to see her father Neil Ipson. The Shannon Allen family has been vacationing at Disneyland. Shannon Allen attended LDS General Gen-eral Conference on the weekend as did Relief Society President Michelle Mi-chelle Black. Here at their home have been the Grant Proctors and Max and Pat Ricketts. Max and Pat are getting their house ready to move here permanently by spring. Beverly Frederick is here with Jane Wiley as Jane is tending the two children of Wade and Jennifer Wiley. Jane will take them to Jennifer's parents and then go to Provo for Wade Wiley's surgery. Van and Betty Wiley are also going up as we are all waiting anxiously until the doctor gets there to operate. Remember, the Halloween Party at 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 24. Costume judging before the dinner, so be there in costume at 6:30 p.m. Marcia Tobiasson's sons, Dustin and Chace Brindley have been here for the weekend to hunt elk but I don't think they even saw one. Sandi Daly is also at the Utah Valley Hospital as well as Eugene King and Wade Wiley. Marcia Tobiasson and Betty Wiley visited with Sandi on Sunday when they went up to see Wade. |
