Show PUBLIC NOTICE The Utah School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration has received an application to remove ordinary sand ana gravel from the following described land: GARFIELD COUNTY Township 36 South, Range 11 East, SLB&M, Section 32: N2NW4 Within Containing 70 acres, more or less The Trust Lands Administration will accept competing applications to remove the sand and gravel, and also competing applications to lease, purchase, or exchange this property, a portion thereof, or a parcel including any of the above described acreage. FEBRUARY 3, 2000 Until 5:00 P.M. Each application for the removal of sand and gravel must contain a completedaphcation form and two checks, one for the first year's rental of $10.00 per acre or Fractional part thereof and the bonus bid, and one in the amount of $250.00 for the application fee. The bid checks of ail unsuccessful applicants will be returned. Materials permit applications will be evaluated on the following criteria: 1) The amount of the bonus bid; 2) The amount and rate of the proposed materials extraction and associated minimum royalty: and, 3) Other requirements provided for by the rules of the Trust Lands Administration or contained in this notice. The successful applicant will be required to pay advertising costs and the costs of a Cultural Resource study if necessary. The successful applicant will be required to rehabilitate any areas disturbed during the lease period and areas with existing disturbance. PUBLIC HEARING FOR ADDITIONAL CULINARY WATER AND SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS IM-PROVEMENTS (Grants, Loans, Fees) Cannonville Town will hold a public hearing to consider projects for a well, pipeline to Town, a new 300,000 gallon tank and other necessary nec-essary improvements to the existing exist-ing culinary water system. The amount of funds to be applied for will be discussed, as well as the future cost of culinary water.
