NOTiCE OF BONDS TO BE ISSUED NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the provisions provi-sions of Section 11-14-21, Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended, that on September 10, 2003, the Mayor and the Town Council of flenrieville Town (the "Issuer''), authorized the issuance of Parity Water Revenue Bonds, Series 2003, in the aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $400,000 (the "Bonds"), to be dated the dates of delivery to the purchaser, to mature in not to exceed thirty (3) annual installments. If less than the maximum principal amount is advanced, Henrieville Town shall be obligated to repay only the actual amount paid or advanced by the purchaser. The aggregate principal amount of the Series 2003 Bonds shall bear interest at a rate not to exceed five (5.0) per cent. Any installment of principal on the Series 2003 Bonds which shall not be paid when due shall bear interest at the rate of eighteen (18) per cent per annum from the date of maturity of such installment until paid. Said Bonds, pursuant to a Resolution of the Governing Body of the Issuer adopted on September 10, 2003, is to be issued for the purpose of paying all or part of the cost of constructing, con-structing, operating and maintaining main-taining culinary water system improvements, including the drilling and development of a new well, construction and installation of a storage tank and water transmission lines and the replacement of distribution lines, together with all related work and improvements, the acquisition of necessary land and easements and the payment of all related costs and services including engineering, the expenses and costs of the issuance of the Bonds and the cost to acquire and provide all appurtenant facilities therefor (the "Project").
