Show CAUIWUVILLG UGVJS By Marva Fletcher 679-8521 John and Ramona Morreale took a "day off' and rode over Cedar Mountain to see the beautiful beau-tiful fall colors and enjoyed dinner din-ner before returning home. Mel and Phyllis Beard spent a delightful afternoon visiting with George and Helen Papas of Desert, Calif. The couple are also friends of Theron and Laurie Dea Coon, Bob and Mira Loy Ott and Bert and Irene Emmett. The Papas' have traveled trav-eled with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir for the past 17 years. Congratulations to Tom and Gay Shakespeare on the birth of a new grandson and to his parents, par-ents, Tim and Cherish Willyard of Salt Lake City. The new arrival, Carter, was born Sept. 19. Tom Shakespeare, along with son, Todd and brother Kevin Shakespeare recently returned from a great fishing trip to Alaska and they are already dreaming about a repeat experience, experi-ence, not too far in the near future, they hope. We are seeing a few clouds coming our way. Could be so blessed as to receive a shower? We hope so. Jim and Erma Clarke attended attend-ed funeral services for Maud Davis in Ogden. Ethel LeFevre accompanied them. Joan Barney and Debra Salas and her son, Keith came from Salt Lake City to attend the funeral of Amy Clarke and visited their parents, Jim and Erma. On the 26th and 27th the Clarkes attended a State Lions Convention in Vernal. They also had their son, Michael, of Salt Lake City spend the weekend week-end here with them. Joe, Tricia, and McKay Thompson attended LDS Ward Sacrament meeting in Cedar City 2nd Ward to hear their son Marshall's friend, Becca Wareham speak on her LDS mission call to the Spain-Barcelona Spain-Barcelona Mission. |
