Show Area Obituaries Robert Bruce Hotchkiss PANGUITCH - Robert Bruce Hotchkiss, 56, of Panguitch, died May 1, 2002 in Salt Lake City. Robert was born Dec. 31, 1945 in Glendale, Calif, to Willard Burton and Helen Adena Schuld Hotchkiss. He married Norma Sanchez and she preceded him in death. He married Linda Tuttle and they later divorced. On Oct. 23, 1993, he married Lynn Ramey in Santa Barbara, Calif. He began working at the age of 10 delivering newspapers. He graduated from Burbank High ;School in 1963. He was a district dis-trict manager with the Herald Examiner for many years. His son Christopher was born in 1980 and has since brought great joy to Robert's life. He was a manager with Ralph's Grocery for 25 years. He and Lynn moved to the Panguitch area and built a home overlooking the beautiful red rocks of Red Canyon, fulfilling a longtime dream of living in Utah. He loved exploring the beauty of the local area, gardening, garden-ing, fishing and just being outdoors. out-doors. He was a member of the Panguitch Lion's Club, the Roller Mill Hill Gunslingers Club, a lifetime member of the NRA and a long time member of the Crescenta Valley, California Gun Club. He was a friend to all and enjoyed making new friends. Despite his health, he always looked for ways to help everyone every-one at every opportunity. He is survived by his wife Lynn of Panguitch; son, Christopher Robert of Newbury Park, Calif.; mother, Helen A. of Sylmar, Calif.; brother, Rollin (Deana) of Pullman, Wash.; sister, sis-ter, Suzy (Rick) Borroughs of Sylmar, Calif. He is also survived sur-vived by 10 nieces and nephews who loved their uncle Bob very much. He is preceded in death by his father, Burt and former wife, Norma. Funeral services were held on Saturday, May 4, 2002 in Panguitch. Burial was in the Panguitch Cemetery. Funeral directors: Neal S. Magleby & Sons Mortuary, Richfield. The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Roller Mill Hill Gunslingers Club in care of Rick Oldham, President, Panguitch, Utah 84759. Leo Norton PANGUITCH - Leo Norton, 75, beloved husband, dad, and grandfather passed away peacefully, April 30, 2002. Leo was born July 13, 1926. He was a proud veteran of WWII and employed for 31 years at Phillips Refinery. He served as a Scout Master and along with his wife served for 8 years as stake Baptism Specialists. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Charlene Heaps; children: chil-dren: Stan (Vickie), Shonya (Dellray), Rick (Lisa), and Paul (Deb), 13 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, brother Lane and sister Mamie Talbot. Funeral services were held Saturday May 4, 2002 in West Bountiful. Interment was in the Bountiful Cemetery.
