Show Sixth District Court Actions PANGUITCH Sixth District Court Judge David L. Mower presided pre-sided over a single case in Panguitch Pan-guitch on Apr. 2 after all others were continued. Garfield County Attorney Wallace Wal-lace Lee was unable to be present. pres-ent. Clayton Burningham, 23, Panguitch Pan-guitch made an initial appearance in court but still did not have counsel to represent him. He was given until Apr. 30 by the court to secure counsel and return. The case for Heather Linford Mead, 25, formerly of Panguitch and represented by Michael Park was also continued until Apr. 30. A case involving Lynn Smith, 19, Panguitch was continued for 60 days to allow him additional time to obtain his GED. A hearing on unlawful detainer with Gloria Baldwin versus Ada Jones resulted in an overturning of an earlier appellate decison. Baldwin was to take possession of the property in question on May 1. Prior to that date an inspection may occur after business hours and accompanied by a law enforcement en-forcement officer. |
