ACCEPT-ED. The Five County Association of Governments announces they are accepting applications for FY 1997 SSBG (Social Services Block Grant) Discretionary Funds. These monies will be made available to Southwestern Utah for the period of July 1, 1996 through June 30, 1997. Applications should be received by the Five County Association of Governments by 5:00 P.M., May 3, 1996. PUBLIC NOTICE Sealed bids shall be accepted by the Five County Association of Governments for a three-year contract con-tract beginning May 19, 1996 and ending May 18, 1999 to provide storm windows and replacement windows in conjunction with the Home Weatherization Program for the following counties: Beaver, Garfield, Iron, Kane, and Washington.
