Show I n I : t, 1 i '";' j ' .... :':'M,Z,V Frank Richards Richards Receives Eagle Badge Frank Keith Richards, 16, a sophomore at Panguitch High School became an Eagle Scout at a recent court of honor in Panguitch at the Panguitch LDS Stake Center. He is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Ned Richards. At the awards ceremony, young Richards was paid a special tribute by his father who presented the award. His mother pinned his Eagle pin in place and he in turn presented her with a miniature Eagle pin. For his Eagle project, the youth, joined by scouting companions, painted picnic tables, playground equipment, and the bridges at Panguitch Pan-guitch City Park. He said he enjoyed most earning badges associated with sports and camping. His uncle, Frank Kay Richards who serves as scoutmaster in a Salt Lake City troop, swore in his nephew as an Eagle Scout. Young Richards is active in sports at PHS where he has also been on the high honor roll each . quarter. ( ..'
