Show - Tropic Topice - Ella Adair Family members attending the Waldo Littlefield family reunion were Amplus LeFevre, Ora Brinkerhoff, Glenna Pollock, Violet Littlefield, Renone Hodson, Christine Chris-tine Littlefield, Ida Littlefield, Mona Lewis, Jack Littlefield, Francis Leach, Malen Littlefield, Norman Littlefield, Ronald Littlefield, Little-field, Ramona Milieu, Evan Jolley, Shirley Bettenson, Afton Peterson , and Ronald Millett. There were 81 family members in all. Mr. and Mrs. LaMar LeFevre attended at-tended the naming of their new grandson in Fillmore Sunday, the son of Dr. and Mrs. John Moody. Mr. and Mrs. Clive Bybee were in Salina Sunday for the naming of their new grandchild. Mr. and Mrs. Roy Shakespear attended the graduation of their daughter-in-law Jeanne Shakespeare from nursing school at Dixie College. Col-lege. Their son Kevin Shakespeare completed an associate degree in agricultural science at the Southern Utah State College. . .. . The senior citizen van was in Cedar City Friday for medical ap-pointments ap-pointments and shopping. Mr. and Mrs. Terry Ward visited : with Ella Bybee, Giovonna Sud-weeks Sud-weeks and the Clive Bybees. Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Adair attended at-tended graduation exercises at Southern Utah State College. Grandsons Greg Miles and Jeff Miles were among those graduating with honors. They were happy also to see Mary Elizabeth Ford, Gale Pollock, Ronnie Littlefield, and Kevin Shakespear, all former Bryce Valley High School students among the group of graduates. Dexter Francisco, Neldon Jolley, Rulon Jolley, Mark Bybee, Ted Johnson and Kenneth Leslie were some of the class of 61 of Tropic High that met at the Scout House for their reunion. Merlene Colvin also came, but a little late for the dinner. The Ray Munsons and the John Munsons, wives and sister Dclna were weekend visitors at Larene Munsons and Si Munsons. Chris Munson is home for the summer. Shawn Bybee received his LDS mission call to the San Diego, California mission. Bryant Shakespear was ordained a teacher, and Tami Shakespear grad- uaiea irom Timary and welcomed into the MIA Sunday. The visitors center for travel information in-formation is open seven days a week in Tropic. : Babies blessed in sacrament meeting Sunday were Trevor Jeff Hunt, son of the Jeff Hunts, and Callen Berdell Barton, son of the Brant Bartons. Shanna Barton enjoyed a visit from her parents over the weekend. Mr. and Mrs. John Niemann and children visited with the Berdell Bartons. The Kevin Bybee and Aaron Bybee By-bee families visited with the Clive Bybees. Mr. and Mrs. Dal Brown visited with LaRene Munson. Mr. and Mrs. Birch Moore were weekend visitors at the Matland Baugh home. Mr. and Mrs. Scott Carter and children, Albuquerque, N.M., were overnight guests at their grandparents, grandpar-ents, the Arnold Adairs. Baptismal services were held June 4 for Bodi Mecham and Paul Shakespear. |
