Show Henrieville The Relief Society social was held on Tuesday evening with a program and dinner. Mr. and Mrs. Andy Mortensen, Page, visited the Eugene Quilters. Visiting the Thorley Johnsons were sons Thor, Moyle, and Roland, all Cedar City. Seth Johnson was ordained a deacon, in church Sunday. Harry Partner is improving at home after a bout with pneumoina. The Eddie McDaniel family spent several days here visiting from New Mexico with the Robert Lewis'. Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Goulding had granddaughter Dorcie, Orem here for a visit. Teora Willis took a carload of ladies for temple work last week. Mr. and Mrs. Darreld Nielson were here from Page. He is employed at. the Navajo plant. Mr, and Mrs. John Morton were here from Layton visiting Roxie Chynoweth. Lula Moore took Roxie to ihe doctor where they discovered she had a cracked rib. Mary Chynoweth is in Ogden with Mr. and Mrs. Rex Palmer. The Doug Shakespear family of Provo have moved into Shanna Goulding's home. Bids will soon be out for remodeling of the chapel with construction to start in April. Mr. and Mrs. Irving Rose were in Mt. Pleasant and Salt Lake City visiting with their family. Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Johnson had medical appointments in Provo then the Keith Johnsons, Delta visited with them. The Thorley Johnsons received word of the birth of a new granddaughter born on March 18 to daughter Elayne Broush and her husband Tom in Cedar City. They have ttiree boys. |
