Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following application has been filed with the State Engineer to exchange water in Garfield County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. 61-area (E2339) Wallace M. Houston, 98 S. Main, Panguitch, Ut. seeks the right to exchange 1.6 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by pg. 21, Sevier River Decree, 1 share W. Panguitch Irr. Co. The water has been diverted from Panguitch Creek at a point E. 1900 ft. from the WV4 Cor., Sec. 34, T35S, R7W; and used for irrigation purposes. Hereafter 1.6 ac. ft. of water is to be released into Panguitch Lake, and 1.6 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from an 8-inch well, 100-200 ft. deep at a point N. 1800 ft., E. 1700 ft. from the SW Cor., Sec". 5, T36S, R7W, (near Panguitch Lake); and used for the domestic use of 3 families; and irrigation of 0.08 acre within the NEViSWy Sec. 5, T36S, R7W.
