Show Zions Park Increases Camp Fees I Superintendent Harold L. Grafe , announced that effective April 19, I 1984, camping fees will increase in ! Zion National Park. Camping fees will rise from $4 to $5 per site per night and from $2 to 2.50 per site per night for campers with Golden Age Passports. Group camping rates will increase from 50 cents per person to $1 per person and from a $5 minimum fee to a $10 minimum. "Camping fees were increased in i order to make our camping fees i more comparable to those of other campgrounds in southern Utah," J said Grafe. Although camping fees have in- 5 creased, entrance fees will remain 5 the same: $2 per vehicle for a J private, noncommercial vehicle and 5 $10 for a Golden Eagle Passport, which covers entrance fees for J private non-commerical vehicles at 5 all U.S. fee areas for a calendar year. |
