Show National Parks Can be Reached Despite Floods All national parks in Utah and most national monuments are open and easily accessible. In spite of flooding in the northern and central area of the state all major roads to attractions and recreational areas are open and in good condition, according to the Utah Travel Council. In the area where flooding has occured it may be necessary to make some slight detours and it is advisable to check current road conditions with Utah Department of Transportation and observe highway signs. Generally, travel to and through Utah is proceeding smoothly and normally, says Council press release. |
