Show ' NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following application has been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Garfield County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. a-12137 (95-1788) Dr. Robert G. Weaver, Box 67, Bicknell, Ut proposes to change the point of diversion of 1.4 sec. ft of water as evidenced by Seg. Appl. 40356-a. The water has been diverted from a lO'A-inch well, 2400 ft. deep, at a point N. 1910 ft. W. 660 ft from SE Cor. Sec. 36, T31S, R7E; and used from Apr. 1 to Nov. 31 for the irrigation of 29.15 acs. in SWV4SWV4 Sec. 30; NWV4NWV4 Sec. 31;T31S, R8E; SEy4SEV4 Sec. 25; NEViNEVt Sec. 36; both T31S, R7E. Hereafter, 1.4 sec. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 16-inch well, 500-1500 ft. deep, at a point N. 330 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 25, T31S, R7E (28 mi SW of Hanksville); and used same as heretofore. Protests resisting the granting of this application with reasons therefore must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 1636 W. North Temple, SLC, Ut 84116, on or before April 24, 1982. Dee C.
