Show NOTICE TO WATER USEUS The following application has been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Garfield County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Location in SLB&M. a-11211 (95-240) Ted Ek-ker, Agent, Ekker Placer Estate, P. O. Box 211, Green River, UT proposes to change the place of use of 15.615 sec. ft. of water as evidenced by Appl. No. 10182, Cert. No. 4870. The water has been diverted from the following: 1) Crescent Creek, at a point N. 1437 ft. E. 588 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 32; 2) Copper Creek, at a point N. 340 ft. W. 2327 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 32; 3) Laclede Spring, at a point N. 1680 ft. E. 730 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 28, all T31S, RUE (20 mi S. of Hanksville); and used from Apr. 1 to Mar. 31 for incidental mining purposes in S'NW't, SW4, W'4SE"4 Sec. 28; SViNEVi, S, Sec. 29; NVfeNEVi Sec. 32; T31S, RUE, 14.615 sec. ft. of water has been returned to the natural channel, at either of the following points: 1) N. 2208 ft. E. 3284 ft., 2) N. 1115 ft. E. 3620 ft.; both from SW Cor. Sec. 28, T31S, RUE. Hereafter, 15.615 sec. ft. of water is to be diverted from same as heretofore; and used same as heretofore and in the additional following areas: NW'4, SWV4, SE'4, Sec. 26, Sec. 27; NEV4, ESE4 Sec. 28; S4SW'4, SViSE4 Sec. 30; NW'4, NV4NEV4, Sec. 31; N'NW'i Sec. 33; N'iNEVi Sec. 34; NE'4 Sec. 35; all T31S, RUE. The water will be returned at a point same as heretofore and at a point S. 700 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 35, T31S, RUE. Protests resisting the granting of this application with reasons therefore must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 231 E. 400 S., SLC, UT 84111, on or before May 31, 1980. Dee C.
