Show PANGUITCH CITY HDINANCE NO. 1TS 2 An Ordinance Amending Panguitch City Ordinance 1174-2 Relating To And Regulating The Eilabllih-ment, ImUUatlon, Use and Occupancy Of Mobile Hornet. The City Council of Panguitch City, Garfield County. Utah, Ordains As Follows: Section 1. Section 1 of Chapter 37, revised ordinances of Panguitch City, otherwise known as Section 1 of Panguitch City Ordinance No. 1974-2, Is hereby amended (a) by deleting therefrom the following portion: "Provided further, however, that the owner of any such "mobile home" as hereinafter defined, may apply at the city office for a building permit, and upon its Issuance, may move such mobile home onto a lot within corporate limits of Panguitch City, and thereafter, and within a period of time not to exceed ninety (90) days, construct or have constructed under the provisions of the Uniform Building Code, as said building code applies to the minimum standard for dwelling construction, an addition to said mobile home to the extent that 1 the completed construction, including the mobile home, shall be not less than twenty feet wide and forty feet long. (It is the Intent of this provision that at 1m t an section of the completed structure shall be not less than twenty feet wide and forty feet long, not withstanding the total completed structure may exceed 800 square feet"; and (b) by adding thereto the following portion: Provided further, however, that the owner of any such "mobile home" may apply at the city office for a building permit, and upon its issuance, may move such mobile home onto a lot within the corporate limits of Panguitch City, and thereafter and within a period not to exceed ninety (90) days begin construction of a residence which is not a mobile home, as hereinafter defined, and complete said construction within one (1) year from the date of Issuance of the building permit. Section 2. From and hereafter the effective date of this ordinance, Section 1 Chapter 37 of the revised ordinances of Panguitch City, shall read as follows; "Section 1. Any thing In these ordinances notwithstanding, no "mobile home," as hereinafter defined shall be located, placed, used or occupied In any zone in Panguitch City, except within approved mobile home parks of mobile home subdivisions; provided, however, that mobile homes may be stored, displayed and sold, but not occupied as living quarters, in commercial and industrial zones; provided further, however, that the owner of any such "mobile home" may apply at the city office for a building permit, and upon its issuance, may move such mobile home onto a lot within the corporate limits of Panguitch City, and thereafter and within a period not to exceed ninety (90) days begin construction of a residence which is not a mobile home, as hereinafter defined, and complete said construction within, one (1) year from the date of issuance of the building permit." Section 3. In the opinion of the Panguitch City Council, it is necessary to the peace, safety, health and welfare of the inhabitants of Panguitch City that this ordinance take effect immediately.
