Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS Doyle V. and Thelma S. Cot-tam, P.O. Box 84, Escalante, Utah, have filed with the State Engineer App. No. 40085, (97-1458) to appropriate 2.5 sec.-ft. of water in Garfield County, State of Utah. The water is to be diverted from Escalante River and Calf Creek as follows: (Escalante River) - N. 1600 ft. W. 2650 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 12, T35S, R4E; (Calf Creek) - N. 1660 ft. W. 3230 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 12, T35 S, R4E; and used from Mar. 1 to Oct. 31 for Irrigation of 100 acres within SEV4SW V4 , SW V4SE14,, Sec. 12, NHSEVi Sec. 13, T35S, R4E, SLB&M. Protests resisting the granting of this application with reasons therefor must be filed In duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84114, on or before September 26, 1970.
