Max and Veda Behunln, with daughter Twila, visited his mother Laura Behunln in Torry, then went on to Richfield on business. Under the direction of President Dorthy Lyman the Relief Society sisters served dinner and breakfast at the church house to 29 teachers from Iron County who were touring this area August 18 and 19th. Dean and Beverly Tucker arrived with their children Ray Dean, Susan and Darren for a visit with her parents, the Leland Haws. Allene Haws and children Jimmy, Kim, Kerlynn and Jason came back to visit relatives and the Anasazi Village. Leland Haws and Randal Lyman attended a scout meeting in Csnnonvllle Saturday. They showed films of this area. The regional meeting of the Garfield Stake waa held to Tropic Saturday. The 4-H girls Cindy Peterson, Claudia and Camilla Roundy, Maudean Jensen, Dons snd Debby Church attended the Panguitch Fair. Melanie Roundy attended the Stake MIA Laurel Clinic at BYU this week. Cindy snd Debby each received a blue state fair ribbon on their dresses. Elaine Roundy drove into Panguitch to keep an appointment with Dr. Wallace Lee on Wednesday. Dr. and Mrs. Mont Bateman arrived with children Brad, Jeff, A ri an ne and Melissa to visit the Mac LeFevres and Emmeron Petersons before returning home to Orem. The August rains have really brightened the countryside. Parley and Esther Coleman are with son LeFay visiting at the Dan Coleman home. Paul and Cletta Allen's children are visiting at the Doyle Moosman home. President Chase Shurtz and daughter Sarah were speakers in Sacrament meeting. Twila Behunln is In the Page hospital recovering from surgery. |
