Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been ffll with the State Engineer to change and appropriate water in Garfield County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. a-6251 H. Frank Orton, Pan gultch, Utah, proposes t o change the point of diversion of 0.015 sec.-ft. of water as evidenced by Api. No. 37179 (61-229). The water was to have been diverted from a 4-in. well, 50-200 ft deep at a point S. 1275 ft. E. 250 ft from NW Cor. Sec. 23. T34S, R5W, and used for stockwater-ing of 50 cattle within SW , NWV4NWV4 Sec 23, T34S, R 5W. Hereafter .015 sec.-ft. of water is to be diverted from a 6'. in. well, 60 ft. deep at a point N. 1241 ft. W. 1682 ft. from EK Cor. Sec. 20, T34S. R5W, and used for the same purpose as described hereto-for within SWKNEVi. Sec. 20, T34S, R5W. 40071 (97-14561 Paul Steed. P.O. Box B, Escalante, Utah. 5.0 sec.-ft. of water is to be diverted from a 16-in. well, 500-1200 ft. deep at a point S. 200 ft. W. 2140 ft. from EW Cor. Sec. 34, T35S, R3E, and used for domestic purposes of 1 family, stockwatering of 200 cattle, and from Mar. 15 to Nov. 15 for irrigation of 440 acres limited to 360 acres within SE M Sec. 34, T35S, R3E, NW", Sec 2, T36S, R3E. and SK SNWW Sec. 2, T36S, R3E.
