Show PANGUITCH Reid and Mary Ella Sud-weeks and three children of Circleville spent three daya at the Prince's Panguitch Lake cabin. On Sunday Rula Porter and four children of Central and Fay Ella and Rulon joined them for a mutton fry. Roscoe Jackman and family of Huntington, Beach, Calif, visited his mother, Mrs. Homer McEwen. Ricky McEwen, grandson of Homer McEwen, married Amy DeLange on Aug. 22 in Koo-sharem. Mr and Mrs Keith O. Henrie joined John and Mary Kay Chldeater of Salt Lake City for a few daya of boat riding fun c.i the Colorado River above G..'ii Canyon Dam. Mrs. Jossie Hughes has re turned to Idaho Falls. Idaho after visiting with her sister Mrs. Dolly Henrie. for two weeks. Mrs. Veita Miller had hor niece Afton and her husband Richard Church and son Rick of San Diego as visitors. Mr and Mrs. Mayo Riggs vis lted from Thursday to Satur day at Salt Lake with her mother, Mi E T LeFevre, who has been transferred from a hospital to a nursing home to receive care since she suffered a atroke. Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Tebbs visited over the weekend up north with their children snd families. Mrytle Haycock accompanied them to viait her children at Salt Lake. The Tom Marshall family and a group of friends have been visiting his folks, the W Earl Marshalls, and enjoying the fishing at the Lake. Bob aad Joyce Egan also visited at the Marshall home, they brou ght two friends with them, one of them a convert from Denmark who Bob met while on his mission there. Wallace Church is here on two weeks leave from Ft. Ben-ning, Ga. When he returns his wife Ju'iy and baby daughter Mario who spent the summer lie; - with his parents, the Champ Churches, will return with him. Clara Ipson is in room 210 at the Holy Cross Hospitsl In Salt Lake City doing well after surgery for s broken hip she suffered accldently Aug. 18 Her sisters Susa Walker and Ruby Myers accompanied her there and stayed with her for five Dr. and Mu. Psul T Furlong sad children David, Bob- by and Kathy were weekend guests at the home of Mrs Merle Stowell. Visitors at the home of June Owens were Rlc and Evelyn Det lamanti and children Mike, Mitch. Keri snd Kristi, snd Ric's parents, the A. D. Detta-msnti. all of Santa Barbara, Calif Brent V. Owens was home for the weekend from Vernal where he has summer employment on Ashley Nat'l Forest, and attended the rodeo at Cedar City wnere he participated in bull riding tad bareback conte; .. Recent visitors were Grant and Shirley Barton and children Stan, Rachel snd Steven of Salt Lake. Visiting at the James L. Hstch home were their sons and families Jsmes D. Hstch of Toronto, Canad. was here for ten days, and Lloyd and Melba Hatch and three youngest children, Shelly, Jeff and Karen of Seattle. Wash, spent fai r days here. Brent March aut came down with the Lloyd HaUnes and went back home to Salt Lake with Jamas D. They spent time at the ranch and visited local scenic attractions. Bruce McEwen is here on furlough from the Marines and will be leaving on Sept 9 foi Okinawa. |
