Debbie Mecham is visiting the Jerry Mechams in Thomp son for a week. Marion Clark and Elmo Bush-nell were the speakers in Sacrament meeting Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Mondell Syrett are parents of a baby boy born on June 10th A baptismal service will be held Saturday in the church. James Dutton and family and Georgia Flannigan and family visited with Minerva Dutton last week. The Thomas Richards have had their daughters Elaine. Maxine and Arvene visiting with them this week. There were several out of town visitors to the wedding reception for Cheryl and Lonnle Pollock Friday night. Ray Munson was at the James Munsons for the opening of the fishing season. The Lyman Eckerslys visited in town last week Eva Pollock went to Salt Iake Wednesday to take son Jerry and family to catch the . NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Sealed bids wiU be received by the Board of Education, Garfield County School District for the Panguitch Intermediate School, located at Panguitch, Utah until 2 00 p.m. on June 23. 1970. Construction to be all under the General Contract. Bids will be In accordance with plans and specifications prepared by Paul K. Evans, A LA. Architect, Salt Lake City, Utah, and one set may be obtained from the office of the architect, upon receipt of $50.00 deposit per set, made payable to Paul K. Evans, which deposit will be refunded If a bid is entered, and upon return of such plans and specifications in good condition within ten days of the date set for the bid opening. Those securing plans and specifications and not entering a bid will be charged $15.00 for printing costs. Additional plans and specifications can be secured for an additional $50.00 per set, and upon returning complete plans and specifications, in good condition to the architect, a refund of $50.00 per set will be made. Plans and specifications will be available for inspection at the architect's office, 515 East Broadway, Salt Lake City, at the School District Office, the Intermountaln Contractor office a 436 West 9th South, Salt Lake City, Utah, and the A G. C. office at 1135 South West Temple, Salt Lake City. Bids will be received at the office of the Clerk, Garfield County School District, 565 North Main, Panguitch, Utah until 2 00 P.M., June 23, 1970. Bids received after the closing time will be returned to 1 the bidder unopened. A statement from a company approved by the board and architect that it will furnish the required Performance-Labor and Material Payment Bond made out on A. I. A. form A 311. to cover performance of the contract, shall be enclosed if a certified check or cashier's check are furnished. The above need not be furnished if a bid bond is used. A certified check, bid bond or cashier's check in the amount of five per cent (5) of the bid made payable to the Board of Education.
