Show NOTICE TO WATER MM The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Garfield County, state of Utah, throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. a-6210 Fawn Jensen Hlgbee, 294 N. 100 E . Cedar City, Utah proposes to change the point of diversion of a maximum of .076 sec.-ft. out of a total of 1.07 sec-ft. andor a minimum of .051 sec.-ft. out of a total of 72 sec.-ft. of water as evidenced by Heber C. Jensen Award, Sevier River Decree, p. 38. The water has been diverted from Tommy Creek into Jensen Ditch No. 2 or Ditch No. 4 in Sec. 4. T37S, R7W. SLB&M. and used from May 1 to Oct. 31 for irrigation of 42.9 acres in Sec. 4. T37S, R7W, SLB&M Hereafter, a maximum of 076 sec.-ft. andor a minimum of .051 sec.-ft. of water will be diverted from Tommy Creek at a point S. 255 ft. from W'4 Cor. Sec. 4, T37S, R7W, and used from May 1 to Oct. 31 for irrigation of 3.05 acres within SWitNWVi Sec. 4, T37S, R7 W, SLB&M. Protests resisting the granting of this application with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the state Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84114, on or before luly 25, 1970.
