OCR Text	Show PROTEST OF WOMEN. Say Thaw Case Is Disgusting and Evidence Unfit to Print. Chattanooga, Tenn. Women of this city mot Sunday and protested against tho printing of details ot tho Thaw murdor case and similar criminal court proceedings. Tho protest, it was stated, was mado "in tho Interest of tho sanctity ot our homes and tho purity of our children and to protest against tho mlnuto and detailed accounts ac-counts given in tho dally papers of tho sensational and scandalous proceedings pro-ceedings of tho criminal court." Mayor Frlurson, in an address, declared de-clared tho reports of tho Thaw trial wero disgusting in their detail. Ho said somo of tho newspaper had gono too far In their accounts.
