Trade has been good for the last ten days, present prices stnudlng 15 to 30 cents higher than the beginning "of, last week. Tho good conditions are .thli result of moderate marketing, rc ' eclpts now running each week about 10 below tho samo period last year, while tho demand is good from nil sources. Not mny prime fed cattle are coming, i although numerous sales last week ranged from 0 00 to 0 25, top today at 5 00, bulk of fed stuors 4 80 to 5 CO. Heavy cows sell at 8 00 to -1 00, heifers ' 8 75 to 5 00. Feeder demands has been exceptionally good all along, sales ranging rang-ing from 4 40 to 5 35, Including a few hay fed range entile lately nt 4 04 to 4 85 weighing 050 to 1100 lbs. Stock cattle generally sell above 4 00, bulk of sales 4 25 to 1 75. Tho attendance of country buyers Is very largo today. Tho liberal supply of 40,000 sheep received re-ceived here last week wcro readily disposed dis-posed of without any appreciable loss of price, lambs closing possibly 10 cents lower for the week. Trade was actlvo at nil times, nnd nothing remained in the pens fronulay to day.
