A good representation of tho members was present. J C Whcolon requested that an extension exten-sion of time bo granted him to make a report nf tho cost of tho contemplated drainago nnd sewer system for Garlnnd. G rnutcd. Joseph Jensen gnvo a brlct report of his trip to Snowvlllo, Utnh, nud Stone, Idaho, in respect to tho new mail route. Bids have been submitted for currying the mall by residents of Snowvillc, but none from Garlnnd. Mr. Jensen was retained re-tained as a committeeman to make further fur-ther Investigation.
