As part of the National Lights On Aftershool Celebration, inflatable jump houses were set up, and families were invited to enjoy treats and have some fun. This year, through sponsorship by JCPenney, Utah State University and the Department of Workforce Services Office of Child Care, 4-H afterschool programs are being held at Larsen Elementary, Park Elementary, East Meadows Elementary and Spanish Fork Junior High. Participation in the various afterschool classes has been very popular with the students. Everyone involved in this collaboration has helped to make it a great success — hats off to our community!
