Everything that goes up from there is tied to that solid foundation and, when finished, we should have a building that is not only beautiful and functional but one that will serve us for many years in the future. INSIDE CAUTION KIDS ZONE Hanging in my office I have a poster which reads: KIDS ZONE, MINDS UNDER CONSTRUCTION, ENTER WITH CARE AND LOVE. As with buildings, our children need a firm foundation from which to build their skills and future in the school district as well as in their lifelong learning. A couple of key ingredients for their .success in our school district is a partnership of loving, supportive parents and quality, caring teachers. In Duchesne County School District we are striving to provide our students with a quality education and our certificated and employees work hard to provide your child with a safe, comfortable and caring environment in which to learn, grow and develop into a well rounded, educated person that will be an asset to the community for many years into the future. MINDS UNDER CONSTRUC TION On behalf of myself and the Duchesne County School Board, I would like to thank the many parents for the endless hours they spend involved in their childs education and helping in our schools. The payoff is well worth the effort. I would also like to encourage all parents to be a positive motivating element in building their childs education and future. As you review our report you will see that many positive things are happening in our school district. There are also areas for improvement and we are always trying to focus and improve. We welcome your input and hope to see you in our schools helping us develop those young mtnrf mutfr construction. John Aland The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty oftheir dreams.
