DESERT BIGHORN : - . Fred Morris, Salt Lake City, donated $20,000 to the Division of Wildlife Resources in return for a permit to hunt a desert bighorn sheep this fall. In addition, tags will be available at the Manila office from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays.
