The fourth and fifth floors of the structure have not been sold. of the McIntyre Building, an eight story condominium office building being marketed by Miller, Noble and Co., have been purchased by Beehive Thrift and Loan, Western Woodlands, Afco Corp., and a private investor leasing to Paine Webber Inc. Remodeling each floor of the McIntyre will cost between $70,000 and $150,000, Noble explains, and owners will see a return of 50 percent on this investment through a five-yedepreciation allowance for historic landmark restoration. The first floor, previously d the home of the Adrien 'N Emilie, is being transformed into an Eighteenth Century Gregorian office for Beehive Thrift and Loan, which should move into the building late this year. 76-year-- Mountain Bell saved nearly $30,000 last year by recycling finger wheels, the company reports. Instead of junking the old dialers, it returns them to Western Electric for an ultrasonic cleaning process. Normally, new Gilsonite wheels from Western cost Bell $2.85, but the recycled models are sold to the company for 83 cents.
