Wood, executive vice president of Prowswood, Inc., has announced a major expansion for the Utah-base- d Wood. Reed V. Harding has been named vice president and general manager of the homebuilding industry. The y new divisions are a Division, a TGM Division and a Land Acquisition and Development new Each dfvision has been organized to deal with a specific sector of the Utah home- Multi-Famil- builder. We have established three major new divisions within the company, said Division. Multi-Famil- y The division will be responsible for the development and marketing of Prowswood condominiums, adult apartments and major single-famil- y residential communities. Prior to being named general manager of the new division, Harding served as vice president, Planning and Design for Prowswood, Inc. Terryl G. Miller will serve as general manager of the new TGM Division, which will design and build single family homes on individual lots throughout the Salt Lake Valley. It will be the first time Prowswood Homes have been available to persons wishing to purchase their own individual .building lots. Miller most recently served as administrative assistant to Robert Wood. E. Vincent Gayton will serve as general manager of the Land Acquisition and Development division. The division will have the responsibility of acquiring un- developed property for Prowswood, Inc., for future comsingle and multi-famil- y munities. The division also will develop land as subdivisions for sale to indivi- duals and other homebuilders. Previously, Clayton was financial manager for Prowswood, Inc.
