Dinner was served ADALEE BURKE and the evening was spent playing bridge. Mr. and Mrs. Harold Delter and Mr. and Mrs. H. C. Cooper won the prizes. JOSEPH K. WALL WILL MARRY Joseph K. Wall, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence C. Wail, Jr., Roosevelt and Adalee Burke, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dsn A. Burke, Indio, Calif, takes pleasure in announcing the plans for their forthcoming marriage, August 9, in the LDS Salt Lake Temple. Both Joseph and Adalee graduated from Indio high school, in California. Joseph served a mission to the South East Asia (Thailand) Mission. A reception will honor the bride and groom on the evening of August 9 in the Roosevelt ward from 8 to 10 p.m. There will be a program. The couple will maks their home in Roosevelt. Monday Bridge Mrs. Lawrell Jensen was hostess to the Monday Bridge club July 30, at her home. Mrs. Paul Wilkins and Mrs. Louise Reed were guests, a luncheon was served after which bridge was played. Mrs. Lora Killian and Mrs. Wilkins won the prizes. ELLA RICHARDS IS BRIDE OF TERRY JACKSON Ella Richards, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bill Richards of Roosevelt and Terry Jackson, son of Mrs. Lola Jackson and the late Eugene Jackson, Orem, were united in matrimony at the home of a cousin, Mr. and Mrs. Billy Roberts July 10. Officiating at the ceremony wu Bishop Frank Madsen. An open house will honor the young bride and groom, August 18, from 8 to 11 p.m. It will be held at the new Moon Lake reception hall, in the Moon Lake Office, Roosevelt. Dancing will be on the program. Ella haa attended Union high school. Terry graduated from Orem. DANIELS-BRAND- Adalee Burke and Joseph K. Wall have set August 9, as their wedding date. They will.be married in the Salt Lake Open House honors the Ah Sams Temple. They are both teaching in Hawaii Mr. AhSam is serving as a high councilman while Judy teaches Sunday school at present. Their daughters, Julie, Kathy and Lisa are with them as they tour the western United States sight seeing and visiting friends along the way. The Rev. George Davich of Vernal read the wedding vows and celebrated the nuptial Mass which united the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Everett Daniels, Neola, and the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Brandt, Roosevelt. For her wedding Miss Daniels selected a gown of white silk organza. The floral print featured yellow roses and was accented by a moss green ribbon at the waist. Dainty organza ruffles edged in green accented the scooped neckline and cuffs of the long sleeves as well as the gathered skirt. She complimented her ensemble with a pale green straw picture hat trimmed with an avacado green ribbon and daisies. Her bridal bouquet was of yellow rosebuds and daisies. Attending her sister as matron of honor was Mrs. Barry Hadlock. The former Evette Daniels was attired in a gown of yellow checks styled similar to the bridal ensemble. She also chose a straw picture hat in yellow with matching fabric trim and daisies. Her bouquet was of daisies and rosebuds.
