I ordered the chicken monterrey. It was a boneless chicken breast covered in crab, avocado, monterey jack cheese, and hollandaise sauce. I chose garlic herb mashed potatoes to go along with the chicken. They were pretty good but I had a suspicion that they were instant. We didn't have to wait too long for our food which impressed me. Overall, we had a very good experience with the Gridiron Sports Grill. The food was good, service was friendly, and we felt that we were well taken care of. If you are a sports fan and you are in the mood to try something new then I suggest that you go up there and get something to eat. Dixies Orchestra to Perform Sun News Services Seventeen talented string players of the Dixie College Chamber Orchestra will present their Winter Concert Thursday, Feb. 4 at 8 pm. in the Dunford Auditorium of the Browning Center. The concert is free of charge, however, seating is limited. The program draws from the string orchestra literature representing the Renaissance, Baroque, Romatic and Modern according to Dr. Ronald Garner,k director of the Chamber Orchestra The Renaissance number will be "The Capriol Suite," by Peter Warlock with George F. Handel's "The Water Suite," the Baroque representing Period. I. Pete Tchaikovsky's "Serenade For Strings" comes from the Romatic Era as well as Peitro Mascagni's "Intermezzo" from "Cavalleria Rusticana," and Jean Sibelius' periods, "Andante Festivo." Numbers from the more Modern Period will include "Palladio" by Karl Jenkins and from the movie music The new Gridiron Sports Grill offers St. George residents a new place to eat other than the same old restaraunts.
