Its also the best radio show of the '80s. Conduct this quick experiment the next time you watch Moonlighting: Don't watch it. Close your eyes, or turn down the contrast knob on your TV set, and listen to it. Earlier this season, Moonlighting bill Shepherd and smooth Bruce Willis, would be at home In the 40s, Knlght-Ridde- i t certainly, and the program owes an obvious debt to the breathlessly paced films of Howard Hawks. Moonlighting," though, is a TV show that treasures dialogue above all else and includes more of it than any other TV program.
