Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of UUih, two-thirds of ail of the members elected to each of the two houses concurring therein: Section 1. That it is proposed to amend Section 17. Articie 7. of the Constitution of the State of Utah, so that the same will r.-ad as follows: 17. Tne Auditor siial! be auditor of public ac-ooums. ac-ooums.
