Apropos of all this, a rather cruel tory is being told in Newport about Lady Ursula Grosvenor, the eight-year-old daughter of the young duchess. duch-ess. A friend, the story goes, called at Eaton Hall, and as she sat in the drawing-room, little Lady Ursula entered. en-tered. "Oh, good afternoon," she said, gravely. "Mamma can't see any one today.
