Snow, ' whose postottice address is Sail Lake City, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah. 1909. to appropriate fifty-five hundred (55(H)) acre-feet of water from Huntington Creek. Emery county. Utah. Said water will be stored when- ! ever available during the period from January 1 to December 31, inclusive, of each year, in a reservoir res-ervoir embraced in Sections 11, i:t, M, and 24. Township 14 south. Range 6 east. Salt Lake base and meridian. The water so stored will be released re-leased whenever needed during the period from April 1 to September XQt inclusive, of each year, at a point which bears north 68 degrees east 2.981) feet distant from the west quarter corner of Section 24, Township 14 south. Salt Lake base and meridian, and allowed to flow down the natural channel of Huntington Creek, for a distance of approximately 105.600 feet, to a point which bears north 10 degrees 35 minutes west 977 feet from the south quarter corner of Section 9, Township 17 south.
