Tuttle of Manti, has been in Emery county this week getting facts and figures in regard to the irrigation enterprises for the United States Department De-partment of Commerce and Labor. Mr. Tuttle is a cousin of the Tuttle boys of Orangeville. A Mr. Teeters of Green River has been arrested and placed under $1500 bond awaiting his trial on a charge for robbing the mail. The story is that he had been in love with a young lady, but some time last spring she threw him over which drove him to all kinds of troubles. He has been getting her letters let-ters out of the postoffice box for some time now and was at last caught and now has a federal prison to face. |
