Show Davis County Clipper C2 Friday, September 1 7, 1 999 ' Higbee chosen finalist in fair organ competition I Ann Higbee, age 15, was recently chosen as a finalist at the Utah State Fair Organ Competition held at the Cathedral of St. Mark in Salt Lake Kopenhefer - Grimstead Jeanene Kopenhefer and Josh Grimstead will be married Sept. 23 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. A garden reception will be held that evening at the Emerald Gardens. An open house will also be held on Oct. 1 in Eureka, City Aug. 18. The Junior Division (ages featured 11 contestants. Judges were Tabernacle Organist Dr. Clay Christiansen and Dr. Darwin Wolford, head of the Organ Department at Ricks College. Anns organ teacher is G. Franklin Eddings, Bountiful. Ann will perform with the other organ finalists at the Assembly Hall on Temple Square on Sept. 29 at 7:30 p.m., as part of the Temple Square Concert Series. She will play the 12-1- Utah. Jeanene is the daughter of Don and Barbara Kopoenhefer. She graduated from Woods Cross High School in 19 and from Ricks College in 1998. She is currently studying cosmetology at Salt Lake Community College. Josh is the son of Gordon and Leigh Grimstead. He graduated from Tintic High School in 1995, then served an LDS mission in the Washington, D.G North Mission. He is currently studying business administration at Salt Lake Community College. Trapeze sets that are attached by a rope-typ- e assembly are not included in this recall.
