Show 12B Sun Advocate, Price, Utah Wednesday, December 15, 1982 club notes Credit Women International The Castle Valley chapter of Credit Women International held their annual Christmas breakfast Wednesday, Dec. 8, at the Greenwell Restaurant. The tables were decorated with holly boughs, poinsettias and candles. Favors of ceramic angels and gold pendants were at each members place, along with decorated Anne Agency, president; Paletta, U.S. Thrift & Loan, first vice president; Ixiri Pace, U.S. Thrift & Loan, second vice Union Gospel Mission presented a slide and narration on the Christmas cakes. The Rev. Warren Mooney of mission. Members have chosen to donate food, clothing and other needed articles to the needy at the mission in place of buying gifts for each other. Committee members were Carolyn Lucas, Sears; Rose Craven and Jennie Felice, Oliveto Furniture; and Jayne Lupo, Lupos Tires. Officers of Castle Valley Credit Women are: Evelyn Patterick, Equitable Insurance president; Shirley Olsen, American Savings & Loan, third vice president; Marsha Bryner, Lockhart Co., secretary; Helen Smith, Oliveto Furniture, treasurer; Helen Cox, The Gallery, historian; Women International are to develop a closer contact among credit persons, to maintain a friendly relationship between credit and collection departments of various firms and businesses represented by members and local credit bureaus, to stimulate education in the practices and procedures of credit, and to encourage and promote the formation of organizations. Trujillo, administrator of Compensatory and Bilingual Education programs for Tooele School District. Other new officers elected for a two-yeperiod who will take office Jan. 1 were: Isadore M. Vega, a Hill Air Force Base employee from Ogden, board representative from District 1 which covers Davis County and other northern Utah areas; Rudy Raybal, an employee of the State Office of Education Ike ar from Salt Lake City, board representative from District 2 which covers all of the Salt Lake City area; Jose L. ad- Trujillo, ministrator of bilingual education programs, board representative from District 3 covers Tooele, Magna, south Salt Lake County and Provo; Bill Gonzales, a businessman from board Price, representative from District 4 which covers Carbon, Emery, San Juan and Grand counties; Bernadette Martinez, a Salt Lake County Mental Health Division employee, representative of student affairs; which self-employ- Robert Velusquez, an employee of Associated General Contractors from Salt Lake County, will relay concerns of welfare and other people to the board. The state treasurer and executive secretary for SOCIO will be appointed by Saenz after Jan. 1. Robert Nieves of West Valley City has been the executive secretary the past 13 years.
