Otteson, Kevin former Helper City Police officer, pleaded not guilty Monday to the Feb. 15 theft of a from pistol Otteson, 28, was in 7th District Court, Price, arraigned Larsen was responsible for opening and operating many area clubs. He was born March 23, 1909 in Ferron, Emery County, to Charles and Catherine Elizabeth Jensen Larsen. He was the third of four children and was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Clyde Renior Larsen, and a sister, Kate Larsen Wilcox. He married Hannah Snow Nov. 17, 1942 in Las Vegas. She survives. Mr. Larsen was instrumental in building the American Legion Post No. 3 Club, at one time the largest such club in Utah. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II in Hawaii and was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. In addition to his wife, survivors include two sons, Clyde S. and Bill H., both of Price; one daughter, Mrs. Earlene Sires, Aloha, Ore.; 10 grandchildren and two greatone sister, Mrs. Myrtle grandchildren; Jensen, Price; and a community of friends. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Mitchell Funeral Home where friends may call prior to services. Burial will be in Price City Cemetery. Graveside services will be conducted by the Price Post of the American Legion. on a charge of theft. A jury trial was set for Oct. 26.
