From here, you have a panoramic view of the San Rafael River winding its way through a network of narrow and wide canyons made of sheer cliffs, which open up into expanses of a wild, ruggedly beautiful multi-layere- d i - - $e - v AK- v- r:'ViK - , - I- (V s fi' ' 'v4' "j - s' V Vv country. The view is different from every point, with sheer red cliffs and white cross-bedde- d sandstone. The route along the rim can be easily hiked, and mountain bike enthusiasts enjoy the ride to the Wedge and along the scenic viewpoints.
