McCarty. Arus John Westover Is Honored Missionaries Janet Arus John Westover was honored at a family dinner party on March 8th to celebrate his 80th birthday. Meidlinger Janet Meidlinger of Midvale will leave soon to fill an LDS mission in Oslo, Norway. Cottonwood, will be honored with an open house on the occasion of her 80th birthday. Her children will host the event and friends are being invited to call at her home, 2020 E. 6060 South, on Sat. James Leslie Diamond Isaac BURIED. Bert Douglas Isaac, 68, West last Wednesday in Valley View Memorial Park, following services at Taylorsville 4th ward chapel. He died March 2 at home. Born on June IS, 1917 in Salt Lake to Ben L. and Juliette Douglas Isaac. Married to Afton Brockbank on Aug. 23, 1939 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. High priest in LDS church; served mission to Holland, 1936 39. Survivors, widow; children, David B., Stephen W., Mrs. Daniel Paul Douglas, Darnel J James (Janet) Hood; 18 grandchildren; mother; sisters, brother, Melba I. Gardner, Joyce I. Gardner, Ben Douglas. Preceded in death by a daughter, Barbara Isaac Mangrum. She is an active member of the LDS church and serves as ward librarian. Lorin S. Davis Called To Fill LDS Mission Lorin Spencer Davis will soon leave to serve an LDS mission to Catania, Italy, and will enter the training center on April 10, 1986.
