Nielson Plans Town Meeting WEST JORDAN. Congressman Howard Nielson is extending an in vitation to West Valley residents to attend a town meeting here Saturday. The meeting will be held at West Jordan high, 8136 So. 2700 West, at 2 p.m. It is one of many being held by congressmen across the country to enable citizens to express their opinions. Nielson said he hopes to hear opinions on the balanced budget amendment, the budget process and line item vetos. There will be voting by a show of hands and on paper on several items, he said.
